Does Teal Chromalights Hair Color Really Work on Dark Hair?

It felt like destiny when I was browsing through the store and came across Chromalights in the shade metallic teal because it was all the color reward without the risk. And for $3.89, I couldn’t say no.

After a quick Google search, I came up empty handed on what this mysterious As Seen On TV product was all about. But since I’m an internet person, I figured I’d create some buzz for it!
