Dressing Up Doc Martens

Dressing Up Doc Martens

hannah rupp the outfit repeater Striped tee colorful skirt denim jacket fake Doc Martens dark lipstickHow’s this for a different look?

I decided to channel my inner teen angst into one wicked looking outfit.  Ever since I picked up these boots from Target months ago, I’ve been dying to try a more edgy look.

These boots perfectly suited me for a day of shuffling through gravel and in this outfit post for a romp through my backyard. (Yep, totally not gonna stop using the word ‘romp‘!)

So does this outfit smell like teen spirit or does it reek of a poser?

I love that your posing always matches your outfit. And that you do different things (I am so stuck in my posing rut lately). And I’m pretty sure I have seen a skirt almost exactly like that at the thrift store. I like the edginess of this! I mean, you really can’t ever go wrong with stripes and a bowler hat.

P.S. It’s “reek” unless you want to wreak havoc. 😉

Such a great outfit! I’m absolutely loving the skirt as a part of your more grungy look. Also, I’m loving that your jacket is a hand-me down – those are always the best!
