We have an unofficial motto at Maurices that says you should only wear an outfit you’d be proud to share on social media so I’m taking that to heart by sharing my spring work outfits that I’ve worn during my shifts this week! Hopefully this will inspire you if you also work in a creative environment.
As the temperatures rise, the dress hems get shorter! This was such a simple look to put together. Just a dress, a jacket, and white sandals to pull it all together!
I always find it helpful to wear this white denim jacket as much as possible because it demonstrates the versatility of the piece to the customers.. and reinforces that Outfit Repeater life!
We have every kind of short you can imagine at Maurices so naturally I gravitated towards a pair in an unusual color. This shade of green (teal, to be exact) gives me Troop Beverly Hill vibes. I keep expecting Phyllis Nefler to show up and force me to fend for myself in the wilderness for a badge!
Our district-wide outfit challenge this week was to dress ourselves for a summer event using one of our trendy pieces. It was great having so much creative freedom!
I picked out this tube style jumpsuit and put together a look worthy of a beach date with my boyfriend. Maybe all that talk of going to a beach in my last thrift haul video had something to do with it…
Busy as a Bee
I think it was no accident that I last-minute added my bee necklace that was gifted to me from a friend. We were busy little workers during this shift in preparation for our style party in the evening!
Thankfully I wore these jeggings in a new bright yellow shade. The colored jeggings are my favorite pants to wear because they’re ridiculously comfortable and come in a variety of colors to fit your unique sense of style!
Outfit On Point
I rounded out my work week with a very basic outfit that I jazzed up with a fun bralette and feminine color combo of pink & gray. I think I spent more time perfecting my ballerina bun than I did picking out my look!
And that was my week! If you liked any of these looks, please be sure to Pin them or bookmark this page for future reference. Until next time! 🙂
