My sister gave me a questioning look when I said I wanted to wear it out and about. “Are you gonna pair it with sweatpants? That’s not like you at all.” It’s not so I didn’t. I wanted to to wear it with a dress!

Wearing a hoodie was probably the best decision of the day. It added the perfect extra layer to chase away the chills. (Of course, a jacket helped too.) Second best decision of my day? Adding a Duran Duran pin to my boot laces. 😉

Dress – $7 (thrifted)
Hoodie – hand-me-down
Denim vest – .25 cents (thrifted)
Tights – $5 (Wal-Mart)
Boots – $17 (Target)
Pork pie hat – paid w/ gift card (asos.com, old)
Lip color – Really Red by Revlon

Adorable! I think the dress and jean jacket make this look comfy chic! And when it is cold out like it has been, warmth is definitely important!
